Shipping Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business day delivery is our preferred method of shipping.

Tuber orders are processed within 24 hours. Rooted Cutting orders are processed Monday-Wednesday (excluding Holidays) to help ensure receipt within the same week.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow time for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at capefeardahlias@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, USPS Priority Mail delivers to most P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 72-hour refund/return policy. We do not offer replacements or exchanges.

We accept refund requests up to 72 hours after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. If your refund request is accepted, we will refund the full order amount minus original shipping costs.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at capefeardahlias@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We do not offer the ability to combine orders.

Increases in shipping charges may apply for orders in AK, CA, HI, and WY.
